Absolutely amazing cafe! Wish I lived closer so I could enjoy the fresh food here. I had a veggie omelette and all the veggies were fresh. Great service as well!

Loaded hashbrowns really should be called the lumberjack. So I got the lumberjack and it was real good.... three kinds of meat some stupid vegetables, gravy, and eggs on top of hashbrowns. Holla'! Apple butter on the table...thank ya. Delicious french toast. Friendly waitress. The sunrise tea is like drinking Jello... super sweet. FYI.

I can't think of a single item to knock! I've been here several times, but this last visit made me think I'd better add something to yelp. Once again, another breakfast experience that left me full and smiling. Today's breakfast items included the Northwest & Durango skillets, plenty of coffee, French toast, and a biscuit. My Northwest skillet was fantastic. But I did have a bite of my girlfriends Durango.... It was so much better than mine--I was immediately jealous. So what would a passer-by want to know about this place, when considering their options? -it's tiny. It's popular. It fills up fast. -it's certainly not a "polished" establishment. So don't expect anything like that. -the portions are generous -the prices are fair (I paid $26 for two breakfast skillets and two coffees) -the ingredients and food were up to par, at the least, for a "greasy spoon"

We had such a great experience here! The waitress was exceptional, despite being extremely busy, she held her own and was courteous and helpful. The food- amazing! This is one of those places that is a hidden gem. We will definitely make this a habit on our way from California.

A little pricey for the environment, but well worth it to stay out if the bustling Eugene area on our way to Diamond Lake. The Benedict options are immense and the eggs were poached to perfection. The hash browns were thin and crispy, just the way I like them. The serving sizes are good and my husband's bacon strips were thick and tasty.

What a find. Great Northwest Breakfast skillet scramble. I was in rough shape when I showed up here after an early rise and too many miles of driving. Such a good breakfast. Felt human again. Coffee is pretty good, too. Toast served with the butter melted in. Thought I'd have to go into Eugene for food this good.

There's not a bad thing I could say about the food or service. Staff is always accommodating (kitchen) and happy to have you there! Kid friendly, laid back country atmosphere.

We stopped in on our way to crater lake w/ low expectations. Don't let the looks of this place deter you from stopping. Friendly staff, yummy food that isn't overpriced, and don't forget to ask for the milkshake special!

Wow! This place is great! It's a tiny little Cafe off Hwy 58, definitely a small town gem. I tried their knock off of Chicken Fried Steak, they substitute the beef with a Chicken Breast that is lightly fried. It is soooo good!!! The service was spot on & the rest of the menu offers some tasty choices. I strongly recommend that everyone try this place & I'll definitely be back. In fact, I'm thinking I may just take the long drive to enjoy the amazing breakfast at the end of the rainbow at The Sunrise Cafe

Get the Hippie Cereal! All kinda' natural goodness! I had a side of bacon with it. Nice and smokey goodness. My dinning partners had biscuits and country gravy, eggs and what not...Looked good, but the first thing I thought of was "heart-burn city". We were there way too early for gravy as far as my stomach anyway. Pop into this place if you are in the Dexter area. I can guarantee you will love it! I hear lunch and dinner are good too. Next trip!

Hands down the best diner I've been to in awhile I got the make your own Benedict and my companion got a quesadilla. Both were decicious and not overly greasy. the wait staff was all very nice as well.

I agree with everyone that this place rocks. Steak and eggs with peach cobbler for dessert. Only low spot was an odd taste to the ices tea. Water issues maybe. People need to put filters on their drinking water.

We have eaten here several times for breakfast and always enjoy it. The food is good and the servers are friendly. This diner always reminds of one you'd walk into in the movies.

This place is great for Breakfast and Lunch. Stopped here on the way to K-Falls and had the Eggs, Hash Browns and Bacon with Wheat Toast. The bacon was THICK and of good flavor. Eggs/Hash Browns were typical as was the Wheat Toast. Nice little throwback restaurant with a small town feel to it.

The diablo w/ jalapenos is a gastrointestinal delight, and the biscuits must be made with love; they are sweet and wonderful all the way through!! Great fast service, awesome small diner atmosphere, we will be back!
